What you buy
Digital music files (MP3 320 kbps, FLAC and WAV) of the release or track you choose, for download. Streaming on this website is free and not part of the purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include applicable sales taxes. You may pay more than the minimum price. Payments use Stripe Managed Payments, with Sold through Link, LLC acting as merchant of record for the transaction. Stripe determines and handles applicable customer sales taxes in its supported tax jurisdictions. Checkout shows the final price, available currency conversion and payment methods before you pay.
Contract and delivery
The contract is concluded when you complete payment at checkout. Right after payment you get download links on the confirmation page and by email. Link sends the payment receipt and any applicable tax invoice; our email provides access to your music. You can download your purchases again at any time from your collection.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right ends once the download is made available, if you expressly agreed that it starts immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this agreement before payment and confirm it in your receipt email. Your statutory rights if the content is faulty or does not match its description remain unaffected.
Your licence
You may listen to the files and copy them to your own devices for private use. Sharing, uploading, reselling, public performance or use in other works (videos, streams, games) needs our written permission.
Problems with a file
If a file is faulty or does not download, write to us and we will fix it or refund you. Statutory warranty rights for digital content apply.
For payment-related questions, you can also contact Link support. Stripe's Managed Payments refund rules may provide additional remedies; they do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Law
Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
